Group pricing runs from $9.99 per person/month for smaller groups down to $4.99 at 500+ people, and members pay a flat $29.99 per telehealth visit. Individual membership is $9.99/month and Family (up to 4 people) is $15.99/month. Request information to get pricing specific to your organization.
Once a program is set up, eligible employees, members, customers, or cardholders can enroll by scanning a QR code or visiting an enrollment link provided by your organization, then creating a HealthPass account in just a few minutes.
